You organized a team building day on Tuesday. Was the goal achieved?
It's the first time I've done this. It's a great idea to gather the team and get to know each other, by doing something fun and different before starting hard training and demanding schedule.
Wednesday, first training session at the Quai de l'Adour. What are your first impressions?
I am very happy to be with my new team, which is the youngest in Union's recent years, however really talented. I'm happy to see that these young players want to be even stronger, even better. And we will train intensely to go even higher. We did a great job of recruiting with the club and the staff to have a great season, with health and success.
