Congratulations to everyone for the little miracle that Union achieved! Three months ago when I took over the team, at the end of the first round of the regular season, the team was standing one position before the last one with a record of 2-11, and everyone thought the team would be in the last four places leading to the play outs fighting for remaing in the category.
After the end of the last night's match and the win over a very strong team that aim the upper category, my wonderful players managed to put the team in a position that leads to the play offs for the upper proB category.
The youngest team in the division with only one foreign player in the roster achieved an unprecedented run in the second round, with the incredible support of the administration and the impressive presence of our awesome fans.
Success is happiness, but when it comes from young and inexperienced teams (for the fifth consecutive season in three different states and four different teams), then it's a blessing!
When you manage the thirst for improvement, the motivation and the dreams of new players, with the right support and patience, the results are impressive.
That's all I would bet on as a coach ....
